1. Check In/Check Out

Campsites

• Check-In: 12:00 PM (must arrive before store closing) - Check-Out: 11:00 AM

Rental Campers & Cabins

• Check-In: 3:00 PM - Check-Out: 11:00 AM - Early check-in or late check-out may be available—please check with the office.

2. Visitors & Guest Fees

• All visitors must check in at the front office. You are responsible for your guests and ensuring they follow campground rules. Visitors must leave by store closing.

Fees:

• Day Guests (Age 3+): $5 per person (max $20 per immediate family). Ages 3 and under: Free. Overnight Guests: $8 per person

3. Pool & Water Amenities

Pool (Memorial Day–Labor Day, weather permitting) No lifeguard on duty — swim at your own risk

• Hours: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM (later on weekends). Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Swim diapers required for children age 3 and under. No diving, glass, smoking, marijuana, or drugs.

Water Slides

• Included with your stay. Swimwear required; no jewelry. Staff will enforce all safety rules. Hours subject to change (posted schedule applies)
• Monday-Thursday: 1:00-3:00 PM, Friday: 1:00-3:00 PM & 5:00-7:00 PM, Saturday: 10:00-11:30 PM & 1:00-4:00 PM, Sunday: 10:00-11:30 PM & 1:00-3:00 PM.

4. Pets

• Dogs must be leashed at all times. Proof of rabies vaccination is required at check in. Clean up after your pet immediately. Do not leave pets unattended. Disruptive dogs must be controlled or removed. Electric dog fences are not permitted.

5. Vehicles, Bikes & ATVs

• Speed limit: 5 MPH for all vehicles including pedal and electric bikes. ATVs:Trail-registered only. Travel only between your site and trails. Follow all speed limits. Bikes: Helmets required for riders 18 and under. Return bikes to your site at dusk. Ride on roads only (not through campsites). Walk bikes down steep hills when needed

6. Fires

• Fires must stay in fire rings. Do not move fire rings. Fires must be attended at all times. Use only campground firewood. Do not collect wood from the property

7. Quiet Hours

• Sunday–Thursday: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Friday–Saturday: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM

8. Walking & General Use

• Stay on roads and common areas. Do not walk through occupied campsites. Bikes allowed on roads only

9. Gate Key Policy

• $10 cash deposit required per gate key (max 2 per site). Deposit refunded upon return. If leaving early, return keys the night before

10. Not Permitted

• Drones. Golf carts without office permission. Wheels of any kind on basketball or shuffleboard courts.

11. Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Campsites

• 60+ days notice provided: $25 processing fee retained,15–59 days notice provided: 25% cancellation fee, 4–14 days notice provided: 50% cancellation fee, 0–3 days notice provided: 100% cancellation fee (no refund), No show/early departure: 100% cancellation fee (no refund).

Lodging (Cabins/Rentals)

• 60+ days notice provided: $25 processing fee retained, 4–59 days notice provided: 50% cancellation fee, 0–3 days notice provided: 100% cancellation fee (no refund), No show/early departure: 100% cancellation fee (no refund).

12. Booking in Advance

Guests are welcome to book reservations up to one year in advance to secure their preferred dates and site accommodations.

To reserve a stay for the following season, the applicable deposit must be paid at the time of booking.

Please Note:
Reservations booked for a future season will initially reflect the current season’s pricing. Once rates for the upcoming season have been finalized, your reservation invoice will automatically update to reflect the new season’s pricing and applicable fees.

We appreciate your understanding as we finalize pricing each year and are happy to answer any questions before or after rates are updated.

Booking Policy:

50% of the reservation total is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% will be auto-charged to the payment method on file 14 days prior to arrival date.

13. Liability, Assumption of Risk & Indemnification

This property is privately owned. The registered camper, their family, and guests accept camping privileges with the understanding that they use the campground and its facilities at their own risk.

Tree Corners Campground, its owners, officers, and employees are not responsible for loss or damage to personal property or for injury to any person arising from use of the campground or its facilities, including but not limited to campsites, pool, water slides, recreational areas, or common spaces.

By signing below, the registered camper agrees to release and hold harmless Tree Corners Campground, its owners, officers, and employees from all liability. The registered camper further agrees to indemnify and defend the campground against any claims brought by members of their party or guests.

14. Right to Refuse Service / Eviction

Management reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest without refund for: Violation of campground rules, unsafe or disruptive behavior and/or failure to follow staff directions

15. Agreement

• I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to follow all Tree Corners Campground policies. I understand that failure to comply may result in removal from the campground without refund.
